Grace in Aging


Join us for GRACEFUL AGING, based on the book Grace in Aging by Kathleen Dowling Singh. The class begins on Monday, September 18 and runs every other week for 7 weeks, ending on December 11th.

Join us as we come more in alignment with idea that while we’re not getting any younger, life doesn’t end at 60 and there is still time to live a purposeful life and to make a difference in the world, even though we may have some aches and pains and other minor challenges. Find the grace in aging.

As we discover more of our spiritual side, we also come into the power of our spiritual awakening. The author brings us closer to our spiritual nature embracing study from many spiritual backgrounds. The depth of inquiry, and the contemplative tone of the book allows us to focus and do the critical self inquiry to ask how we can serve others and simplify our lives in the

The course is  1.5 hours per session on Zoom from 11am to 12:30pm Eastern
